THIS PLAN WILL GIVE YOU YOUR OWN NUTRITION COACH TO WORK WITH. YOU MUST BE FAMILIAR WITH MACRO COUNTING IN ORDER TO CHOOSE THIS PLAN. I WILL SEND AN ASSESSMENT AND BASED ON YOUR GOALS I WILL COME UP WITH THE AMOUNT OF PROTEIN, CARBS AND FAT YOU WILL NEED TO ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS! YOU WILL HAVE WEEKLY CHECK-INS TO SEE HOW THINGS ARE GOING AND TO ADJUST YOUR FOOD INTAKE.

THIS IS A 16 WEEK COMPETITION PREP FOR THOSE LOOKING TO COMPETE IN ANY TYPE OF PHYSIQUE COMPETITION.
POSING IS NOT INCLUDED. YOU WILL NEED TO HIRE A POSING COACH. I DON’T GO TO EVENTS UNLESS THE COMPETITOR PAYS FOR MY ENTRY TO GO. MY SCHEDULE IS BUSY WITH MY KIDS AND FAMILY SO ITS NOT GUARANTEED THAT I CAN MAKE IT. I ALSO DON’T TRAVEL OUT OF STATE TO GO SEE THE SHOW.
